Jesse Clark has over twenty years of information technology experience. Jesse has conducted strategic business and technology planning, performed technology assessments, defined technical architectures, defined project scope and requirements, managed projects, databases, software development teams, system facilities, performed business analysis, as well as design and build applications. He continues to serve as both technical architect and has overall security responsibility for the Next Generation Desktop (NGD) project for the Health and Human Services branch of the U.S. Federal Government.
Prior to becoming a founding partner of Revelant, Clark was with Allegiant Technology Group and its successor, Seurat Company. While there, he served in many roles, including as a consultant on design and development activities for the Home Shopping Network (HSN), as well as overseeing business development activities for other clients. He served as project technical lead and project manager for ABN AMRO, architecting, designing, and leading a group of developers to build a J2EE based Commercial Loans application.
Before joining Allegiant, Clark served as Chief Technologist for EDS, where he pioneered the use of Remote Procedure Calls and multi-tier services architectures - a predecessor to Service Oriented Architecture. Clark received a dual-major B.S. degree in Computer Science and Mathematics and an M.S. degree in Computer Science, both from Purdue University.
